We can offer training, development opportunities, regular supervision and support. We are looking for those who would like full time, or evening work.The Reablement and Home First Team provide vital short-term services to people in their homes to help them regain as much independence as possible after a stay in hospital, an injury or illness. There are Full-time & Part time roles available which operate on 4 days on, 4 days off schedule or 2 days on, 6 days off rolling rota.The following shifts are currently highly sought after for this locality:Am - 08.00-13:30 (4 on 4 off)Pm - 17.00-22:00 (4 on 4 off)Full time post (0.98) work a split shift.
