Relief Female Support Worker role based in Preston, Lancashire — part-time, permanent and on-site only, paying £12.60 per hour plus rolled-up holiday pay. You will work across three bespoke supported living services operating 24/7 to help women move from long-stay mental health settings into community homes, using a trauma‑informed, person‑centred approach. The role involves supporting women with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and trauma histories to achieve personal goals, build independence and maintain calm, structured routines; duties include delivering individualised care, facilitating meaningful activities, carrying out daily household tasks and providing consistency and predictability to promote wellbeing.
