You will support service users to lead fulfilling lives, whether that involves helping them with employment or volunteering, assisting with shopping and social activities, or simply relaxing at home. Your role will involve encouraging service users to engage in a variety of social activities, both at home and in the community. Building warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families is key to ensuring they have the best experience possible. We offer flexible working hours, including full-time, part-time, and sleep-in shifts. Our shift patterns cover early, mid, and late shifts to meet the diverse needs of our service users.
