As a Relief Support Worker with Creative Support in Blackpool, you'll deliver warm, person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy. Days vary: you might help someone access employment or volunteering, support shopping and social or leisure activities, or provide calm companionship at home. This role suits reliable, proactive carers — especially those who enjoy building trusting relationships, have a good sense of humour and a practical, patient approach to care.

This permanent, on‑site position offers flexible hours to fit family life, including part‑time, full‑time and sleep‑in shifts across early, mid and late patterns, and pays £12.30 per hour plus rolled‑up holiday pay.
