Relief Support Worker – Creative Support, Longwood, Huddersfield. Provide person-centred, hands-on support to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities living in supported housing in Calderdale. Your day-to-day will include helping with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, laundry), supporting personal care and enabling safe access to the local community, working closely with a team to promote independence, inclusion, wellbeing and personal development. This permanent, part‑time, on-site role pays £12.30 per hour plus rolled-up holiday pay and sits within a CQC-rated Outstanding service for responsiveness to people’s needs.

This position is ideal for experienced carers (minimum 12 months’ previous care experience) looking for flexible relief shifts that fit around family, study or other caring responsibilities; mandatory induction training is required before you start.
