Make a real difference in Stratford‑upon‑Avon as a Relief Support Worker with Creative Support. This permanent, part‑time, on‑site role supports tenants in a new supported‑living development of townhouses for people with learning disabilities, delivering person‑centred care that maximises wellbeing, independence and community and social engagement. You will provide tailored, ongoing support that helps tenants build everyday skills and enjoy fulfilling, valued lives. The role requires a minimum of 12 months’ experience, pays £12.30 per hour plus rolled‑up holiday pay and is paid weekly — giving practical, reliable pay that fits caring lives.
