Support people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs at a vibrant supported living service in Redditch. As a Relief Support Worker for Creative Support you will provide personal care, administer medication, lone work and encourage residents to join in everyday activities — cooking, crafts, movie nights and community outings — across 14 self-contained flats. This part-time, permanent relief role pays £12.30ph plus rolled-up holiday pay, offers weekly pay and a full local and corporate induction, and is on-site only (the service is a five-minute walk from the train station). The flexible shift pattern includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins and you can pick up shifts that suit you using the free Creative Support app, making this role ideal for fitting around family, study or other caring responsibilities.

You’ll be warm, reliable and proactive with a good sense of humour, a minimum of 12 months’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs, strong communication skills and a can-do approach. You must be in good health and eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
