As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. What we're looking for: · A genuine passion for supporting others. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. · A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities. Contract options: · Relief Shift times: All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life! Hours are typically between 10pm and 7am however there may be some flexibility in specific services. There is also a non contractual sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate. *All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
