About the Home Steps for Tomorrow is a brand-new 2-bed children's home providing high-quality care and support for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) . What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and resilient personality A genuine passion for helping children with EBD or trauma backgrounds Team player with good communication skills Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins Experience in a children's residential or EBD setting is desirable but not essential (full training provided) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete) #LEEJP
