Duties include: Supporting daily routines such as school runs (Rowley Regis), mealtimes, and bedtime routines Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well being Providing personal care when required Supporting educational and recreational activities both indoors and outdoors Facilitating family contact and maintaining safeguarding standards Contributing to household duties, including cooking and cleaning Administering medication and maintaining accurate records Acting as a Key Worker (depending on experience and role) What we are looking for: We're seeking caring, resilient, and committed individuals who are passionate about supporting young people. Essential qualities include: Compassionate, understanding, and patient nature Confidence to manage challenging behaviour calmly and effectively Reliable team player with good communication skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes Willingness to learn and progress Driver preferred (must have business insurance if using own car; company car available when required) Experience working with children or young people - either personally or professionally - is highly valued.
