We're looking for caring, dependable individuals to support children with Autism, ADHD, and trauma-related needs in warm, family-style homes. You'll be a consistent role model-helping build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships. What You'll Do: Support with routines, outings, and emotional wellbeing Keep care plans and records updated (training provided) Work sleep-in shifts (2-3 days/week covers full-time hours) What You'll Need: Patience, compassion, and resilience Strong communication skills Full UK manual driving licence Willingness to complete a funded childcare qualification Benefits: 28 days annual leave + birthday off after 1 year Pension (5% employee, 3% employer) Blue Light Card & employee discounts Mental health support & reflective practice Cycle2Work scheme Medicash & life assurance after 12 months
