Support young people in a warm, home-from-home setting for Devon County Council in Honiton (EX14) as a Residential Support Worker in Ofsted‑registered children’s homes. This permanent, full‑time role pays £26,824–£28,598 plus enhancements up to £4,000 per year (pro rata) and involves working with children and young people with complex needs to deliver individual care plans, life‑skills coaching and meaningful activities.
