Work as a Residential Support Worker in Devon County Council’s Ofsted-registered children’s homes in Okehampton (EX20), supporting children and young people with complex needs in a genuine home-from-home setting. You will follow individual care plans to help young people develop life skills, independence and emotional resilience; plan and join in activities; create a calm, positive atmosphere; and use creative, person-centred approaches to engage and motivate.
