Walton Hall, a special academy set in extensive grounds just outside Eccleshall in Staffordshire, is looking for a Residential Support Worker to provide safe, nurturing care for 191 learners with a wide range of additional needs. You will support young people across the residential setting and school day, promoting independence, positive routines and confidence. This on-site, term-time role is part time (20 hours per week with the potential to increase to 37 hours), may include two INSET days, and is a 12-month fixed-term contract to 31 August 2026 covering maternity leave. Grade 6 FTE is £27,254–£30,024 (actual pro rata salary £12,511–£13,783) and a sleep-in allowance of £43.12 per night applies.
