Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise Residential Support Workers to provide outstanding, person-centred care. Manage medication safely and oversee health-related needs. Deputise for the Registered Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations. Implement, monitor, and review individual care plans. Build and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external professionals. Contribute to service improvement through audits, quality assurance, and team development. Essential Requirements: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (CYP QCF/NVQ) – this is a must-have qualification. Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a children’s residential setting. Knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management, and care planning. Full UK driving license desirable but not essential Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays. Why Join Us?
