Lead the Resourcing team at NICE from Piccadilly Place, Manchester, and shape how a national health and care body attracts, hires and evaluates talent. As Resourcing Lead you will design and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns for senior and national roles, lead job evaluation in line with Agenda for Change, manage key supplier relationships (including TRAC and interim providers), modernise processes and deputise for the Head of Resourcing & Intelligence. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: you’ll offer coaching and practical toolkits to hiring managers, use data and digital tools to sharpen attraction strategies, and champion inclusive, values-led selection at every stage.
This permanent, Band 7 role (£47,810–£54,710) is full-time with flexible and compressed hours and hybrid working between Manchester and Stratford, London — ideal for someone seeking professional challenge alongside family-friendly routines. Applicants should have strong in-house resourcing experience, CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent), confidence with NHS terms and job evaluation, and a track record of leading high-performing teams. A DBS check and UK professional registration are required; skilled worker sponsorship will be considered.
