The Rota Administrator position at Practice Plus Group in Dorking is designed for an experienced administrator or coordinator looking to take on a new challenge in managing staff scheduling. The primary responsibilities include creating and maintaining clinical and operational rotas, ensuring adequate coverage, filling vacant shifts, and managing compliance for clinicians. The role requires proactive relationship-building with management, clinicians, and operational staff, as well as effective administrative support and risk management.

The shifts for this position are Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 18:30 pm, with part-time applications also welcome. Key tasks involve database and spreadsheet management, meeting roto administration deadlines, facilitating onboarding for new clinicians, and compiling internal and external reports.
