Job description
At Medway NHS Foundation Trust, we're seeking passionate and dedicated Rotational Senior Clinical Pharmacists with the drive to innovate and improve patient care at our Gillingham location. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing pharmacy services across diverse clinical rotations, including Acute Medicine, Cardiology, and Critical Care, among others. As a trusted expert, you'll ensure optimal patient outcomes by tailoring medication support, advocating for effective antimicrobial stewardship, and actively participating in consultant-led ward rounds.
