School Support Mentor (SEMH) — senploy, Hereford (permanent, full time; job ref 193521). Work across school settings supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD) throughout the academic year.
