School Support Mentor (SEMH) — senploy, Hereford (permanent, full time; job ref 193521). Work across school settings supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD) throughout the academic year. This role offers steady, weekly pay (£450–£525 per week) and real day‑to‑day impact: you will help pupils engage with learning, provide consistent emotional and behavioural support, use positive de‑escalation strategies and collaborate closely with teaching staff and SENCOs. The post is particularly well suited to experienced support workers and carers — especially women seeking purposeful, hands‑on work that values patience, resilience and strong communication.
