Job description
You’ll need proven experience in SEMH/BESD settings (schools, alternative provision or youth services), confidence with de‑escalation and positive behaviour support, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Desirable experience includes trauma‑informed practice, supporting EHCP implementation and a good working knowledge of safeguarding. The role is offered through a supportive education agency in partnership with M&M Supply, with weekly pay, training and progression opportunities; all offers are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
