Do you want to make a meaningful difference in school settings while working within a supportive agency? M&M Supply are looking for Support Workers to work across school settings supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties (BESD). This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, providing stability and consistency for students who need it most. Your Role: - Supporting students with SEMH/BESD to engage in learning and manage behaviour - Assisting in de-escalation using positive behaviour strategies - Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs - Providing consistent emotional and behavioural support throughout the day Requirements: - Experience working with SEMH/BESD in schools, alternative provision, or youth settings - Team Teach or PBLM (Positive Behaviour Management Level 1/2) trained - Confident in de-escalation and positive behaviour support strategies - Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience Desirable: - Trauma-informed practice understanding - Experience supporting EHCP implementation - Knowledge of safeguarding practices What We Offer: - Consistent, full-time work across the academic year - Weekly pay through M&M Supply - Opportunities for training and progression - Supportive agency specialising in education If you are passionate about supporting young people and meet the criteria above, we would love to hear from you!
