Job description
As Senior Administrator with Child and Family Health Devon, part of Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, you will be based at Evergreen House in Exeter (EX2) with occasional work at other local sites. This permanent, part‑time role (15 hours per week) sits within the wider Business Support function and is central to keeping clinic work and office life running smoothly. You will handle telephone enquiries with warmth and efficiency, process referrals, maintain caseloads and electronic records, prepare paper and electronic files, produce letters and reports, assist with reporting and data tasks, manage diaries and support frontline clinicians and managers in planning clinics. Full training is provided and the role is a Band 3 post, paid £24,937–£26,598 per annum pro rata, with DBS clearance required.
