We are looking for a compassionate, hard-working individual to join our team as a Senior Administrator. We are a busy, dynamic surgery with over 20,000 patients, local to Hyde and the surrounding areas.As a Senior Administrator, you'll take primary responsibility for managing the reception area, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently and with a calm, welcoming atmosphere.You'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and complex requests with professionalism and empathy, and play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care.Working alongside senior members of the non-clinical team, you will work together to ensure a positive patient
