Senior Care Assistant at HC-One in Fenham (NE4) offers a permanent, full‑time nights role where kindness and person‑centred care are at the heart of every shift. You will lead a team of care assistants, plan and deliver personalised care for residents across dementia, nursing and residential services, assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, administer medication, provide social and mental stimulation and build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Accurate record‑keeping, safeguarding awareness and a respectful, dignified approach are essential; ideally you will have, or be working towards, an Adult Social Care qualification (Level 2/3) and experience of person‑centred care and supporting people with dementia. The rate of pay is £13.50–£14.10 per hour and HC‑One champions kindness, inclusivity and practical support for colleagues every day.
