As a Senior Care Assistant with HC-One in London (E14), you’ll lead and mentor a team of Care Assistants to deliver kind, person‑centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. This full‑time, permanent role (salary £14.75–£15.35 per hour) involves planning and implementing individual care plans, supporting mobility and mealtimes, administering medication under direction, providing meaningful social and recreational activities, and offering compassionate end‑of‑life support. You’ll work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintain accurate records, liaise with families and uphold safeguarding standards. An ideal candidate holds a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care (or equivalent) and is ready to work towards Level 3, with a natural warmth, strong communication skills and good time management — experience of dementia care is highly valued.
