Join our compassionate team at HC-One in Penrith as a Senior Care Assistant, where kindness is at the heart of everything we do. In our welcoming Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. You’ll have the chance to truly connect with individuals, understanding their unique stories and needs, while helping to create a comforting, dignified environment that fosters security and independence.

In this rewarding full-time position (44 hours a week, day shifts only), you’ll lead a dedicated team of Care Assistants, advocating for the highest standards of care. Your daily duties will include implementing personalised care plans, providing essential support—from guiding someone with a walking frame to sharing meaningful conversations with families. Working closely with our Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you’ll also engage residents in stimulating activities and assist with medication administration, all while cultivating strong relationships in a team that values every individual.
