In this rewarding full-time position (44 hours a week, day shifts only), you’ll lead a dedicated team of Care Assistants, advocating for the highest standards of care. Your daily duties will include implementing personalised care plans, providing essential support—from guiding someone with a walking frame to sharing meaningful conversations with families. Working closely with our Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you’ll also engage residents in stimulating activities and assist with medication administration, all while cultivating strong relationships in a team that values every individual. One of your key responsibilities as Senior Care Assistant is to maintain accurate records of the job you do and build strong relationships with the rest of your team.
