Make a real difference as a Senior Care Assistant at HC‑One’s Cold Springs Park in Penrith (CA11). This permanent, full‑time night role (44 hours per week) pays £14.75–£15.35 an hour and puts kindness at the heart of care. You’ll lead a team, plan and deliver person‑centred care for people living with dementia and other needs, assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, administer medication, keep accurate records and support residents with dignity at all stages of life.
This role suits experienced carers or those with a Level 2 S/NVQ who are ready to step up and work towards Level 3.
