Job description
Make a real difference in Wetherby as a Senior Care Assistant with HC-One, recruited via NHS Jobs. This permanent, full‑time role (job ref L0087-25-1017) offers £13.50–£14.10 an hour depending on experience and qualifications, with night shifts available on a 3 on/3 off 08:00–20:00 rotation. You will lead and coach a team of Care Assistants, support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, administer medication, maintain accurate records and deliver person‑centred care for residents living with dementia and other needs. The role suits someone with a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care (or equivalent) — or a confident carer ready to work towards Level 3 — who brings calm, patience and brilliant people skills to every interaction, whether helping someone use a walking frame, supporting end‑of‑life care or liaising with families.
