Senior Clinical Fellow in General and Benign Hepatobiliary Surgery at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, London E9 6SR. This full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term post (salary £44,047–£67,610 pro rata) involves running general surgery and benign HPB outpatient clinics, supporting consultants in main and day‑surgery theatres, ward work and CEPOD/hot gallbladder lists. The role includes participation in the registrar on‑call rota (currently 1 in 12, nights included, with scheduled zero days and six weeks' notice for rota changes), and offers chances to gain endoscopy experience, contribute to audits and quality improvement projects, and become actively involved in teaching and training across undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

This post suits clinicians with an MBBS and MRCS (FRCS desirable), laparoscopic experience and clinical skills at a senior registrar level who want hands‑on surgical experience in a trusting, community‑facing hospital.
