Job description
As a Senior Family Support Worker at Primrose Family Care in Accrington, you will lead on shifts in a residential family centre, supporting parents and children through assessments, routines, safeguarding and risk management. The role involves supervising Family Support Workers, working closely with social workers and other professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions that support children’s safety and stability, and ensuring compliance with legislation such as the Children Act 1989 and Data Protection requirements.
