Senior Head Chef at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Preston (PR2) — lead a busy, purpose-driven hospital kitchen preparing around 2,000 meals a day. You’ll supervise and develop the kitchen team, plan daily production, manage special and therapeutic diets, control allergens and maintain HACCP and food safety records. This permanent, full-time Band 4 role (salary £27,485–£30,162 pro rata) offers hands-on kitchen leadership in a modern facility at Royal Preston, delivering high standards of nutrition that directly support patient care across Lancashire and Cumbria.
