Our new service,developed in collaboration with Royal Free Hospital, is seeking applicants forthe position of Senior Healthcare Assistant in the Emergency Department.As a SeniorHealthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensivecare to patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and assistingin maintaining patients skin integrity and personal hygiene, conductingnutrition assessments, and attending to their comfort needs to promote rest andsleep.

Main duties of the job
Your main responsibilities include:AssistClinical Nurse Specialist with assessments and patient care.Providedischarge planning support, liaising with community teams to facilitate promptdischarge home/to preferred place of care.Deliverhands-on personal care.Monitorand record observations.Provideemotional and practical support to patients and families.
