There is the option for a fixed term position until 9th August 2026. Healthcare assistants are a key part of our team and support the Registered Nurses in providing high quality care to our patients. If you like a challenge, are able to work at a very fast pace, enjoy working within a team and can give our patients the dignified care they deserve then this could be the job for you. Our Healthcare Assistant's work a rota pattern, so you MUST be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends including Bank Holidays for example Christmas Day. We are unable to offer set shifts patterns. • To meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse. • To ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines. • To work as an effective member of the nursing and wider multi-professional healthcare team. • To work within the boundaries of the role of the HCA and refer to the Registered Nurse as appropriate.
