Job description
As a Senior Healthcare Support Worker with the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust based in Exeter (EX1), you will deliver hands‑on, compassionate care across acute wards, community settings and theatre teams. The role centres on personal care, supporting nutrition and aiding patients’ recovery alongside nursing colleagues, making a genuine difference to people’s lives each day. This Band 3, fixed‑term post (12 months, pro rata salary £24,937–£26,598) is full time and requires flexible shift work — including short shifts, days between 8am and 8pm and 12.5‑hour day and night shifts — and is subject to a DBS check.
