We are looking for caring individuals who have a flexible approach to working and have previous experience of band 2 or band 3 health care support worker . The successful applicants must possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. We require a health care support worker who has drive and passion for this area of work and is committed to the deliver a high standard of care. The post advertised will have a probationary period where the successful candidates will be expected to have completed the relevant training , OSCEs and gained competence in cannulation, venepuncture, wound dressings, observations and assist with procedures that support diagnosis e.g. urine or stool samples. .
