Job description
You will lead a growing Integrated Services Team that currently runs nine services tackling long‑term conditions, supporting vulnerable groups (including people with severe mental illness, substance misuse issues and homelessness) and reducing health inequalities through improved coordination with health, care and voluntary sector partners. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include line managing two service managers, delivering KPIs, reporting to the Director and the ICB, developing business cases and mobilisation plans, and driving service improvement and team development (including PDPs). The post is ideal for experienced leaders with a degree (or equivalent), strong track record of delivering multi‑stakeholder programmes on time and within budget, and proven experience of managing services, performance reporting and partnership working; PRINCE2/NHS leadership qualifications and bid‑writing experience are desirable. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
