North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is looking for a Senior Procurement Officer (e‑Procurement) to lead and develop the operational procurement team from Ladybridge Hall, Bolton (BL1 5DD) with a flexible hybrid working pattern and free on‑site parking. You’ll be the go‑to expert for e‑procurement and ordering systems, working closely with requisitioners, approvers and finance to optimise processes, drive contract compliance, deliver cost savings and continuously improve quality across clinical and non‑clinical categories. This permanent, full‑time Band 6 role (£38,682–£46,580 pa) will see you manage low/medium value tendering, supplier relationships and a varied, fast‑paced workload where strong negotiation, analytical and leadership skills matter.

This role suits an experienced procurement professional (minimum three years) who is MCIPS‑qualified or working towards it and knowledgeable about Public Procurement Regulations, contract law and e‑tendering systems. You’ll need proven people management, excellent communication and IT skills, flexibility to travel between sites and a DBS check will be required.
