Swansea Bay University Health Board in Port Talbot has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to contribute to a healthier future as a Senior Public Health Practitioner. In this dynamic role, you'll be an integral part of a small, collaborative team dedicated to implementing a Whole System Approach (WSA) to Healthy Weight. Your focus will span both Swansea Bay and Hywel Dda University Health Boards, working directly with communities and partners in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot to drive key population health initiatives.
