Lead a busy, compassionate Day Care Unit at James Paget University Hospital, managing 21 trolleys and a fast throughput of day-surgery patients. As Senior Sister / Senior Charge Nurse (Band 7, £47,810–£54,710, permanent, full-time) you’ll provide clinical leadership, operational oversight and a strong patient advocacy role within a multidisciplinary team — ensuring safety, excellent patient experience and respect for individual customs and beliefs. The post requires current UK NMC registration and will be subject to a DBS check; mentorship, teaching and leadership experience are essential, with Day Care Unit and urology knowledge desirable.
