Job description
Based at Moston Grange Nursing Home in Manchester (M40), this Senior Support Worker role with Equilibrium Healthcare puts you at the heart of person-centred care for adults over 65 with dementia, acquired brain injury, Huntington’s and complex mental health needs. You’ll support the Nurse in Charge, act as a role model and mentor to junior staff, lead on day-to-day care, help residents with personal tasks, and maintain and evaluate care documentation. This permanent, full‑time day role pays £13 per hour and sits within a 64‑bed home rated Outstanding by the CQC — a setting that prioritises dignity, empathy and true rehabilitation.
