This is a hands-on leadership role, combining direct care with administrative and supervisory duties to ensure excellent service delivery and person-centred support. You will work a varied shift pattern including early, late, and weekend shifts (every other weekend), supporting both the staff team and the people we support to live fulfilling, independent lives and on call rota. Key Responsibilities Support and lead a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Undertake rota planning, medication audits, support plans, and daily record management. Promote independence, choice, and dignity for individuals in line with their care plans. Deliver hands-on care and support when required, modelling best practice. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with CQC standards. Participate in staff supervision, training, and mentoring. About You Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Shift Leader in adult supported living. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or physical disabilities. Strong organisational and communication skills. Confident using IT systems and completing reports/admin tasks. Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or NVQ level 5 Leadership and management (or working towards). A full UK driving licence is desirable.
