As Senior Wellbeing Practitioner with Devon Partnership NHS Trust you will step into a Band 6 leadership role within TALKWORKS across Exeter (EX2 4TL), Tavistock (PL19 8AB) and Ivybridge (PL21 0SL). This permanent post (£38,682–£46,580 pro‑rata) combines clinical practice and management: delivering low‑intensity CBT, providing case management and clinical supervision, coaching and line‑managing Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and trainees, and supporting smooth referral coordination. You will work in community settings with people from diverse backgrounds, contribute to service development, and be supported with regular supervision, CPD and collaboration with senior colleagues. The role requires current UK professional registration and is subject to a DBS check.
