The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Sheffield. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential. Purpose of the role The primary purpose of this project is to provide support to people with mental health support needs to live as independently as possible in their own home or temporary accommodation. The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person centred support package that is bespoke to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service. The support should assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to maintain their independence. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
