Job description
Lead a local Supported Living service in Bridlington, delivering high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism or mental health needs. As Service Manager for Eden Futures you’ll provide clear, day-to-day leadership to a small local team — overseeing recruitment and induction, staff training and development, risk assessments and safeguarding, and close partnership working with health and social care professionals and external therapists. This permanent, full-time role is based in Bridlington (YO16) with a salary of £31,485 per year; an Enhanced DBS check is required before starting and Eden Futures are unable to offer sponsorship.
This role is ideal for experienced carers and supervisors — particularly women looking for a supportive, values-driven employer offering real progression. You’ll benefit from a people-centred culture (Eden Futures holds Investors in People Platinum), bespoke learning and leadership programmes, apprenticeships, birthday off plus 25 days holiday, free DBS check, health cash back, pension, enhanced maternity/paternity pay and other staff discounts and referral bonuses. A minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care and strong supervisory skills are required; experience in Supported Living or Residential settings and working with adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions is highly desirable, with training available to progress to higher qualifications.
