Eden Futures in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Service Manager to lead its Supported Living services, delivering outstanding support for adults with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism or mental health needs. This permanent, full-time role pays a competitive salary of £31,485 and requires an Enhanced DBS check before starting. You will provide clear day-to-day leadership, safeguard vulnerable people, manage risk assessments and admissions, oversee induction and training, and work closely with Adult Social Care, CCGs and allied professionals (e.g. SaLT, psychology). The role calls for someone who champions a person‑centred approach, protects the organisation’s values and helps the service grow while maintaining quality and compliance with inspections and commissioning processes.

This opportunity is ideal for caring supervisors and experienced carers with a minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care who want to step into management within Supported Living or residential settings; previous experience with adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions is desirable.
