Main duties of the job
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service for the residents. Your responsibilities will include preparing modified diets, supervising and directing the work of culinary staff, understanding food safety principles, and supporting the team's understanding of Avery's food safety management system.
