Job description
Specialist Behavioural Support Worker x2 – Stratford Road, London (E13). Full time, 40 hours per week, salary £29,110 per annum. This female-only role is for compassionate, resilient carers who want to work with adults with learning disabilities to help them regain independence and shape their own lives. You will carry out holistic assessments, produce and deliver creative support plans and key-work sessions, manage positive risk and medication re-enablement, lead therapeutic groups and activities, and work closely with external stakeholders. The job involves lone-working responsibilities, shift handovers and strict adherence to health & safety and safeguarding protocols. Essential requirement: NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (or relevant sector experience). All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK; Look Ahead cannot offer sponsorship.
