Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Mental Health) — Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, based at St Mary’s Hospital, Leeds LS12 3QE. This full-time, fixed-term role (16 months) starts December 2025/January 2026 and is band 7 (£47,810–£54,710 pa); interviews are scheduled for Tuesday 21 October 2025. You will deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care for inpatient and community mental health service users across four Leeds sites, offering clinical interventions, medicines information, education and training, and independent medicines optimisation alongside ward and community hub teams. The post gives broad exposure to adult and older people’s inpatient care, forensic, recovery and rehabilitation, community and primary care services in Leeds, CAMHS and forensic services in York, and tertiary specialist centres — plus scope to develop training, leadership, operational management and quality-improvement skills.

This opportunity suits an experienced or developing clinical pharmacist with BSc/MPharm and GPhC registration and a post-graduate clinical pharmacy qualification or equivalent experience; secondary-care experience is helpful but not essential.
