The Nitty-Gritty (But Still Exciting!) • Your Mission: As a vital member of our community multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation team, you'll be providing top-notch occupational therapy to the residents of Harrow. This includes our Early Supported Discharge Service for Stroke and our Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. You'll be empowering individuals with acquired or progressive neurological conditions to live their best lives! • Your Superpowers: You'll be an autonomous practitioner, managing your own caseload, assessing and treating clients, and keeping on top of your professional documentation – all while adhering to professional standards and best practices. • Building Bridges: You'll be building and nurturing strong relationships with our referrers, including GPs, hospitals, bedded services, district nurses, wheelchair services, Speech & Language Therapy, and other CLCH services.
