Lead specialist nursing across the Renal Assessment Service (RAS) and Renal Outpatients (ROPD) at Northern Care Alliance in Salford (Stott Lane, M6 8HD). This Band 7, full-time maternity-cover secondment asks an experienced, NMC-registered nurse with degree-level qualification and post-basic renal experience to run independent RAS nurse‑led clinics, provide specialist assessment and care planning, and support admission avoidance and discharge facilitation across hospital, kidney care centres and community teams. You will develop and deliver training programmes, mentor colleagues and drive service improvements to strengthen quality and resilience in renal care.
