Lead a local podiatry service for Central London Community Health Trust from the Willesden Centre for Health and Care (NW10). This Band 7, permanent full‑time role combines operational management and hands‑on clinical work (around a 60% caseload) as the Podiatry Team Lead for the Outer North West neighbourhood. You will oversee day‑to‑day running, supervise and mentor colleagues, manage rotas and resources, and help shape service development to meet Trust and commissioner standards. Essential qualifications include a BSc in Podiatric Medicine (or equivalent), HCPC registration and a local anaesthesia certificate; experience in NHS, multidisciplinary working, and leadership is required.
