Support adults in Nantwich as a Specialist Support Worker (Full Time) with Eden Futures. You will support people with learning disabilities, autism, enduring mental ill health and other complex needs to live as independently and fully as they choose — helping with personal care, medication, household tasks, managing finances, and enabling participation in community activities.
