Support adults in Nantwich as a Specialist Support Worker (Full Time) with Eden Futures. You will support people with learning disabilities, autism, enduring mental ill health and other complex needs to live as independently and fully as they choose — helping with personal care, medication, household tasks, managing finances, and enabling participation in community activities. The role is person‑centred and involves accurate record‑keeping, safeguarding, liaising with families and professionals, and maintaining professional boundaries. This is a full‑time post (hourly rate £12.70 — annual equivalent £27,734.40 based on a 42‑hour week), with varied day, night and weekend shifts; paid induction, face‑to‑face training, e‑learning and shadowing are provided, and those new to care will be supported to complete the Care Certificate and a Level 2 qualification.
